Kingdom Warriors: Community Game Night for those in Jr. High and Sr. High. You are invited to Pastor Frank and DeAnna's house on Saturday, September 19th from 2-4 PM to play board games, cards and enjoy snacks. It will be a great time to get together with others. Refreshments will be served. Please feel free to invite your friends!
Upcoming Bible Study: We will hold a 5-week Bible study for you, your friends and community to discuss the importance of finding a living hope and maintaining a holy Christian conduct when faced with times of suffering. Let's learn how to encourage others and be encouraged through 1st Peter. Discussion will be held at 1 PM and 7 PM (for whatever time fits best into your schedule). Classes will be on the 1st and 3rd Mondays and will begin on September 21st in the upstairs Sunday School Classroom. There is always room at the table for you and a friend! College Students: Please give your address to the churchy office or put them in the secretary's mailbox prior to September 13th. UNTO TRIP: We are planning a trip to the UNTO warehouse on October 23 & 24. If anyone is interested in joining us or have any questions, please let Maxine know as soon as possible. Everyone must register in advance online and we have to make motel reservations for one night. We will be driving down Friday morning, working Friday afternoon and Saturday morning and then driving home Saturday afternoon. There is NO EXPENSE, except for your meals. RADA CUTLERY FUNDRAISER: (Mission Fundraiser) is ongoing and we have new catalogs available in the church office or from Maxine. Christmas Director(s) NEEDED: We are in need of someone to organize the annual Christmas program to be held during the worship service on Sunday December 13th. Please prayerfully consider this opportunity to serve. If interested, please give your name to a member of the Board of Christian Education or the church office. New Members Class: will be offered soon. Please contact Pastor Frank or the church office if interested in joining the membership of St. Paul's Community Church. |
